This recipe is quick, easy, and doesn’t require many ingredients or much time. Plus, it’s healthy and packed with protein!

Ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry
- Slices of smoked salmon
- 1 small pot of plain yogurt
- A pinch of powdered mint
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the puff pastry into triangles (you can make 2-3 pastries per sheet, depending on the size you prefer).
- Spread a thin layer of yogurt over each triangle.
- Sprinkle powdered mint over the yogurt and mix lightly with the back of a spoon.
- Place a slice of salmon on each triangle.
- Fold the triangles, then bake for 4 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy.
