This recipe is quick, easy, and doesn’t require many ingredients or much time. Plus, it’s healthy and packed with protein!

Ingredients:

  • 1 puff pastry
  • Slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 small pot of plain yogurt
  • A pinch of powdered mint

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into triangles (you can make 2-3 pastries per sheet, depending on the size you prefer).
  3. Spread a thin layer of yogurt over each triangle.
  4. Sprinkle powdered mint over the yogurt and mix lightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Place a slice of salmon on each triangle.
  6. Fold the triangles, then bake for 4 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy.

And that’s it! These salmon puff pastries are unbelievably delicious and perfect for a quick snack or as an appetizer. You don’t know how good this is until you’ve tried it, I can only recommand you to try this recipe as soon as possible.
